dah banyak blog2 pasal anime aku bace dan semuanya mantap2 belaka. siap dengan kupasan isi-isi tersurat dan juga tersirat dan screenshot yang menarik dari setiap anime review. aku ni tak pandai sangat nak tulis2 mende yang perform ni. (selingan: aku ade seorang sahabat yang perform namanya irsyad). so post ni hanya untuk menyatakan pasal kesukaan dan keminatan aku yang mendalam kat anime Nanoha ni. season yang paling aku minat season 2 (Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha A’s). watak yang paling aku minat pulak watak utama siri ni iaitu Nanoha. agak kecewa bila mengetahui name official untuk inteligent device nanoha tu Raising Heart. aku lagi suke Raging Heart (fansub version – aku bace kat tenet sebab seiyuu Nanoha tu sebut Raging Heart tak sebut Raising Heart tu yg jadi fansub die tulis Raging Heart). tak sabar nak tunggu sem depan nak tengok Nanoha the movie 1st (yang didunlod oleh sahabat perform aku: irsyad. aku pakai berukband je, tak dunlod2 sangat ^^;). pastu nak tunggu the movie 2nd lak tahun 2012. sebab ni anime ni genre die magical girl @ mahou shoujo dalam bahase jepun, so memang banyak kisah2 kehidupan harian budak perempuan. tapi tu bukan sebab aku tengok anime ni (atarimae da, LoL). sebabnye bile scene2 action dalam anime ni memang best and cool giler. attack Nanoha seperti divine buster, starlight breaker dan lain2 lagi memang x pernah puas aku tengok. lagi satu intelligent device dalam anime ni memang versatile sebab ade function catridge load (intelligent device tu boleh reload2 cam pistol + sebut name attack = sugoi!!!). tu je kot. jaa ne~

hmm, cite ni ak tengok waktu duduk kt v1 dulu. lame dh, so x bnyk sangat yang ak ingat. episod ade 50 dan time tu ak bru nk belajar marathon anime. ak rase cite die agak slow tapi best & banyak scene lawan2. watak utama die Saya, yang mane darah die je boleh membunuh chiropteran(watak jahat yg immortal). watak favorite ak mestilah Hagi. die ni lah butler yg selalu protect Saya. die akan muncul di mane2 saje bile Saya tgh berlawan. kerje die bawak katana Saya & support Saya wktu die berlawan.

scene yg ak xleh lupe sampai sekarang ni bile Hagi first time jumpe Saya. waktu tu die bagi katana kt Saya pastu cakap: “Saya, tatakai”. i can’t get enough of that. part paling best yang ak rase: final battle Saya vs Diva(kembar Saya). sekarang baru ak paham kenapa Saya menang waktu last battle tu. climax last battle tu Saya tikam Diva & Diva tikam Saya pada waktu yang same. tapi Diva je yang mati, Saya lak selamat sedangkan darah dieorang boleh membunuh satu sama lain. sedikit defination:

KAMEN NO MAID GUY

SUMMARY:

Fumiwara Naeka is a granddaughter of a billionaire and the heir to his fortune. She is pursued by those who desire her inheritance. In order to protect her from them, an agent is dispatched in the form of a male maid, who looks like a masculine samurai wearing a mask and has teeth like a shark's. Wearing a maid uniform, Kogarashi gives his best effort to serve Naeka. His noisy and pushy services make her daily life exciting.

variation yg menarik dalam anime ni. sepatutunye butler ni keje lelaki & maid keje perempuan. tapi dalam anime ni die wat maid guy: lelaki jadi maid. cite die kelakar & menarik. watak favorite mestilah Kogarashi, the maid guy himself. ak suke trademark die bile ketawa: “Kukukukuku”. abiliti die yang ak rase menarik: maid guy voice. salah satu theme anime ni: ecchi. jadi ade bnyk fanservice scene, kukukuku.

HAYATE THE COMBAT BUTLER SEASON 2

SUMMARY:

Hayate Ayasaki is an unlucky teenager who worked since childhood to make ends meet due to his parents' irresponsible behavior. One day he finds out that his parents were planning to sell his organs to the Yakuza to make money, leaving behind a massive gambling debt on his shoulders. While running away from the debt collectors, he ends up meeting Nagi Sanzen'in, a young girl who is the sole heir of the wealthy Sanzen'in estate, and due to a misunderstanding, Nagi ends up falling in love with Hayate. After he rescues Nagi from some kidnappers, she hires Hayate as her new butler.

Aside from performing his ordinary duties as a butler, Hayate must fight to protect Nagi from harm, a difficult task as her life is always in danger because she is the target of other individuals coveting her family's fortune, and sometimes deal with some extravagant requests from her, oblivious to Nagi's true feelings for him.

For season 2 i’m looking forward to Hayate ultimate technique. waktu season 1 die xde lagi ultimate. seoson 2 episod 3: ni je part yang ade cite pasal ultimate teknik die. tu pn die cakap teknik tu belum complete lagi. ak expect ade episode Hayate lawan ngn butler lain gune ultimate teknik die tapi xde. klu ade mesti best. I don’t watch many sports-based anime. I watch the first episode at my friend’s computer and quickly falls in love with it. After that I watch the anime at my own computer. It’s story is interesting. It’s mainly tells story about Shinozaki Mikoto and his experience in bicycle field. It’s genre is comedy, romance and sport.

Synopsis from Wikipedia

The story begins with a flash-forward to the Tour de France, where Mikoto Shinozaki would become the first Japanese champion.

Time before this, and while feeling a deep crush on Yuki Fukazawa, Mikoto then decides to get into his high school cycling club as Fukuzawa's suggestion, even though he has never practiced any sport before. Ironically, the club's leader is Yousuke, Fukuzawa's older brother and a renowned road racer from his town. Yousuke's long time cycling partner and club's vice president Kouichi Terao sees in Shinozaki all the potential and courage necessary to become a road cycling legend.

Over drive is the story of how Mikoto Shinozaki becomes interested in cycling and all the ups and downs he must live to get his dream of becoming Tour de France's champion come true.

The drawing is not bad. The jokes is not just a bad pun. The story is great and enjoyable. that’s it

Highlighted Event

King Of Mountain Decisive battle

The greatest battle in this anime. Shinozaki Mikoto whose gradually become tired because of his lack of stamina was left behind. However, when they nearly reach the King of Mountain summit, Shinozaki Mikoto regain his strength by remembering all the cheers he gets from all of the audience. Then Yousuke, Terao, Yamato and Hyoudou whose been saving their energy given up as not to lose their pride to Mikoto who just started riding. The battle begun with a very aspiring background song. the battle resulting in Mikoto’s win. this battle really excite my heart no matter how many times I wath this scene.

The End of the Race

Another scene that move my heart. Shinozaki Mikoto who lose almost all his stamina competing in this race plus he who just started riding a few months before. A few metre from the goal line, after 30 minute when the race is over, he falls and starting to give up. That’s when Yuki appear and said “Please stop this, it’s not cool”. At that time, Mikoto realize that he who never so determine to do anything suddenly become so determine not to lose. In the end he finish the race to the goal line although sadly his time is invalid. His final word is really touching me “That day, I fall in love with bicycle”

Highlighted Character

Shinozaki Mikoto

The main protagonist of the series, 1st year student and the third member of the schools cycling club. Originally living a quiet boring life and getting bullied daily by the upperclassmen. Until one day when Yuki Fukazawa asks him to join the schools cycling club. Though he rejects this proposal at first as he, due to a childhood trauma he has forgotten, finds bicycles to be scary and thus he also doesn't remember how to ride one.

But wanting to impress Yuki he tries to train in secret and during this (short) time he starts to actually like bicycles. One thing leading to the other he ends up joining the club in the end and vows to become the greatest cyclist in the world. Yousuke, seeing the potential in Mikoto, happily accepts him after letting him take a little test. Kouichi on the other hand is a bit reluctant given Mikoto's natural clumsiness and his weak look. Though he changes his mind after seeing Mikoto actually riding the bicycle. Through much hard work he has gained the respect of his teammates and from Yuki. Days before the race Mikoto was not sure he was able to go though with it, but after receiving a video of an actual race from Terao he became anxious to begin. During the course of the race he has proved to be a strong competitor even after little training. Showing he is more than capable of competing with Naoto, (considered to be one of Japan's best cyclist) Mikoto got second to Naoto in the sprinting stage. Mikoto is dead tired since he does not have the same experience as the others in a race since this is his first one. Wanting to break him Naoto breaks away at the mountain stage, Yousuke, not wanting to lose breaks, with him and Terao does as well. Yamato, who had stopped earlier, catches up to Mikoto. Yamato says some things to him and leaves him behind. The fans impressed by Mikoto (an unknown) begin to embrace him by calling his name much to the surprise of Yuki and his family. Mikoto hearing this gets a second wind and charges up the mountain to catch up to the leaders. Everybody at the front can not believe what they see as Mikoto charges up to them and changes gear (to everybody's surprise because he was pedaling at a high rate in such a big gear). Refusing to give up Mikoto charges ahead and wins King of the mountain stage. Now really tired Mikoto has started to slowly pedal but is embraced by fans and teammates alike for something so amazing.

At the end of the anime, Mikoto confessed to Yuki, but Yuki couldn't hear it because of thunder blocking out Mikoto's voice. Not to mention Yousuke appeared behind Yuki, ready to thrash him, preventing Mikoto to repeat his confession.

Memorable Remark: That day, I fall in love with bicycle

Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha

Magical Girl! Ha ha, it’s been a long time that I watch a this type of anime. Usually I don’t really watch shoujo anime and I don’t really like them, but Nanoha is different. Although it’s plot is a bit girlish and childish, but the story is touching and not boring. This anime consist of 3 season but I just touch about the first two series. The third sequel I watched it ages ago and I can barely remember them.

Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha

Yuuno Scraia is a mage from a distant planet working to fix the problem he started when Jewel Seeds were accidentally spread around the world. In a failed attempt to seal a seed properly, he winds up on Earth in the form of a ferret. However, his battle with the seeds did not end upon reaching the Earth and he needs somebody else's help to seal the seeds for him. Takamachi Nanoha hears his telepathic cries for help and comes to his rescue. When she is given a pearl known as the Raging Heart she is able to transform into Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha and wield a staff to fend off the evil that lies within the Seeds. In order to help Yuuno complete his mission, she needs to seal all 21 Jewel Seeds away, but Fate may be playing a hand in the matter to prevent Nanoha's goals.

Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha A’s

Several months after Nanoha first became a Magical Girl, she still is unable to personally meet with her new close friend, Fate Testarossa, who is being tried in the Space / Time Administration Bureau for her association in the Lost Logia case. They still communicate through video-mail and hope to see each other in-person once again. Their reunion is not a happy one, unfortunately, as several people who call themselves "Velka-Type Knights" battle Nanoha above the city. Their objective is to fill the pages of the Book of Darkness by stealing the magical power of anyone they can find. Nanoha and Fate must once again team up to stop their plans and save the world.

Personal Comments

I’ve watched this anime two times and I planned to watch it again this semester break. It’s plot of friendship is deep and meaningful. Their fight is also interesting and fancy. Man, I love those magical circle!. Some may call me girlish for watching such anime but trust me, when you watch this anime, even you will become a fan of it. This anime doesn’t have any violence fight, so it’s suitable to be watch by any age.

Highlighted Events

Nanoha and Fate’s Final Meeting

This tearful moment is my favorite event in this anime. Fate who involve in a serious crime under order from his mother is being sent to the Main office to clear her crime and undergo trials. She was given a chance to meet Nanoha. During the meeting, Fate ask Nanoha to be her friend but she doesn’t know how. Nanoha said that it’s easy to become someone’s friend. She only needs to said someone’s name. Knowing that, Fate calls out Nanoha’s name many times. The song used for background music is igniting a sad feelings inside me.

The Tome of the Night Sky Destruction

Another tearful moment. The Tome of The Night Sky or Reinforce (after being renamed by Hayate) decided to be sealed away by Nanoha and Fate in order to save Hayate from dying. However, Hayate is against it and wish to live together with Reinforce and her four Knight. Reinforce refuse and ask hayate to let herself be sealed away in order to save the one she loves the most. Reinforce also said that she is the happiest Tome in the entire world. I don’t count how many tissue i used for this scene only he he…

Highlighted Characters

Takamachi Nanoha

This sweet grade three student feels that, though she plays a good supporting role in others' lives, unlike the rest of her family and friends, she has no closest friend to turn to and no direction in her own life, which changes greatly after her meeting with Yūno. She's slightly dense and much too trusting, but has a tremendous insight.

Nanoha is cute and strong. She fights when she knows that there’s no other way. Aside from that, she is kind and caring for her friends. Nanoha earn my Strongest Magical Girl Award.

Memorable Remark: You just have to call someone’s name to be their friend

Fate Testarossa

A blonde haired, naive girl who was abused by her ruthless mother. Fate remained blindly and unquestioningly loyal to Precia and carries out her search for the Jewel Seeds. Those searches made her cross ways with Nanoha, causing her eventually to reveal her true self and be a kid. In the end of Magical Lyrical Girl Nanoha, her "mother", Precia, died. Her weapon is Bardiche and her familiar is Aruf, who is always loyal to her and was her only friend before she met Nanoha. She is said to be quiet and reflective, and that she has extremely beautiful, lonely eyes. She is named after the Ferrari Testarossa.

She is a beautiful yet very sad girl. She earn my Saddest Character Award. I like her characteristic of keep fighting for what she believe in. She believe that she will gain her mother smile after collecting Jewel Seed even if she was abused in the process. People normally would run right?

If you are a Yu-Gi-Oh! fan, then this series is a must watch anime. Yu-Gi-Oh 5D featured new duel system which is Riding Duel. Duelist will duel while riding a motorcycle called D-Wheel. It’s an absurd kind of duel but very exciting. What I admire about this story is the character and their bonds.

Domino City has changed, under the guidance of the head of its public maintenance bureau, Rex Goodwin. Rich and powerful people live in what is now known as "New Domino City", while the poorer class are shunned and live mostly in the slums area, known as "Satellite". They are referred to in the Japanese version as "Satellite scum" (kuzu) by the inhabitants of New Domino City. An aspiring duelist from Satellite, Yusei Fudo, builds his own Duel Runner, but is betrayed by his best friend, Jack Atlas, who steals his Runner and his most precious monster, the Stardust Dragon, by attempting to murder a small child. While Jack battles his way to the top and becomes Duel King, Yusei is forced to live on in Satellite with his friends.

Two years later, Yusei has built another Duel Runner, and sets out to win back his Dragon and regain the bonds he once had with his friend. Jack, now known as the King of the Riding Duel, has made a name for himself and his monster, the Red Dragon Archfiend (Red Demon's Dragon in the Japanese version), in New Domino City. Yusei and Jack face each other in a Riding Duel, and during the duel Yusei is able to regain control of Stardust Dragon. As Stardust and Red Dragon Archfiend battle, a third dragon appears and brings an abrupt end to the fight. The third dragon is the Black Rose Dragon and is possessed by "Black Rose Witch", Akiza, the third signer and a girl who possesses psychic abilities. She believes her Dragon Mark to be the cause of her strange powers. The fourth dragon, Ancient Fairy Dragon, is held by Luna while her twin brother Leo thinks his Power Tool Dragon is the fifth.

Goodwin has started a dueling tournament, the Fortune Cup, in order to locate the remaining Signers. Yusei and his friend Luna have both been invited, as has the mysterious Black Rose Witch. The winner of the tournament will be given the honor of facing off against the Duel King, Jack. During the tournament, Luna is confirmed as being the fourth Signer and a severed arm currently being kept by Goodwin in a jar holds the final birthmark, calling forth the Crimson Dragon again in the final match between Yusei and Jack, in which past and future events are shown before them.

Yusei wins and becomes the new Duel King, but soon encounters a new enemy. This mysterious group known as the Dark Signers can perform Shadow Duels using Dark Tuner and Dark Synchro monsters and can possess others to do the same. They begin abducting Satellite citizens and attacking the other Signers. In order to defeat them, the Signers, along with Yusei's old friend, Crow, unite together. After the Dark Signers were defeated, Rex had shown himself as the 5th Dark Signer, but taking Roman's power as a Signer. Yusei, Jack, and Crow team up in order to stop Rex from being a god, while making sure the King of the Underworld doesn't destroy the city.

Personal Comments

Very absurd kind of duel. How can we duel when riding? Well, at least they create an autopilot system. They also have very sweet love story and great friendship plot. They dueling also have become more realistic and the five dragons is so cool. This series is ongoing anime but I stopped watching until the end of Dark Signer Arc. I think there would be another two seasons left.

Jack and Carly’s date

Jack is sulking after his lost to Yusei in the Fortune cup and run away from home(a bit childish). He stayed at Carly’s house for a while and leaves like that. However, Carly demands a payment from Jack and Jack offer a date. Carly sees this dates as opportunity to write a new story (Carly is a reporter). However, as the dates goes on, Carly realize that Jack hurt the most and her intention to gain story from his pain is very bad. Jack tells Carly that he abandon everything just to become King , a clown, foolish King. Carly tells Jack to live a new lives as his past self died in the Duel against Yusei. Jack decided to move forward and aim to become a new king

Crow+Yusei+Jack VS Rex

A three on one duel. In this duel, it’s discovered that a legendary rider of Satellite’s people is Rex. They are disappointed but they decided to believe the him that have courage and not him now. Rex’s Earthbound Immortals, Wiraqoacha Rasca has an absurd power that can reduce an opponent’s LP to 1. Crow and Jack fall once being hit by this effect leaving Yusei to fight. However, even after they fall, their bonds allows them to win. After watching their fight, Rex realize his mistake and decided to pass onto the afterlife with his brother. Before dying, they revive the other Dark Signer. In the end, Dark Signer Arc has a happy ending.

Yusei Fudo

Yusei Fudo (18 years old): The main character, he plays a "Speed/Junk" deck focusing on summoning weaker monsters and Tuning them together to play more powerful Synchro monsters, most notably Junk Warrior, Nitro Warrior and Turbo Warrior. He lives in Satellite, the lower half of New Domino City. He is respected and admired by his friends for his genius style dueling, and his cool and clever personality. He tries denying his feelings for Aki Izayoi, only wanting to help her and be her friend, but shows protectiveness towards her feelings. His first Duel Runner was stolen by his rival Jack, along with his signature card, Stardust Dragon. Two years later, with a new D-Wheel own creation, Yusei sets out to reclaim his Dragon. He was chosen as a Signer by the People of the Stars, and is marked by the Crimson Dragon's Tail, which appears on his arm when he fights alongside Stardust Dragon, or encounters another Signer. His birthmark is changed to the Crimson Dragon's Head, before he defeated Rex Goodwin in Episode 64. His Dark Signer Enemy is his former friend Kiryu Kyousuke whom he defeats in Episode 55, as well as a former friend of his father, Roman Goodwin, whom he defeats in Episode 57.

Yusei is one of the characters that betray my expectation. I thought at first that he is an arrogant character but the story proves me wrong. He has a similar charcteristic with Yugi Moto but much cooler. I did think that he has feeligs for Aki Izayoi but the sign is faint as he is a person that cherish his bonds with friends very much.

Jack Atlus

Jack(18 years old) is known as the "Absolute King of the Riding Duel", and was once Yusei's best friend, but they became bitter rivals after Jack stole Yusei's Stardust Dragon and D-Wheel and left for New Domino City. Now, as a former resident of Satellite, he must hide his past from the rest of society. He starts off as very arrogant and cruel, but his conscience is revived thanks to Carly Nagisa, who heals his wounded heart and teaches him to let 'the real Jack Atlas' live, and become a good person. His signature card is also a Synchro monster, Red Dragon Archfiend (Red Demon's Dragon in the Japanese version). He plays a "Swarm" Deck, focusing on quickly Tuning weaker monsters together to summon his Dragon. Jack is one of the five Signers, the chosen ones of the People of the Stars, and carries the Crimson Dragon's Wings. His Dark Signer Enemy is Carly, whom he remorsefully defeats in Episode 59 after they both confess their love for each other.

His love story with Carly is very sweet

I’ve always have a good eyes for anime. Usually only watching one episode is enough for me to know whether that anime is interesting or boring. Kyou Kara Maoh is one of my love in first sight. This anime is very very very interesting and exciting. The character is not very annoying and the humor is not bad. This is a very recommended for anyone who wanted to watch simple anime without thinking too much.

Synopsis from Anime News Network

Yuri Shibuya was living a pretty normal life. That changed the day he was dunked into a toilet after an attempt to save a classmate from a gang of bullies. Instead of just getting a good soaking, he's pulled in. The next thing he knows, he's in a world that vaguely resembles medieval Europe. If that's not odd enough, he's told that he is to be the next Maoh, just because he has black hair and black eyes. The Maoh is the King of the Mazoku, who are coexisting not-so-peacefully with the humans in this world. Much to his subjects' dismay, he's totally different from the rulers they're accustomed to. He's kind, considerate, a believer in justice, and not willing to use violence to solve conflicts. Not exactly someone they want running a country on the very brink of war. Now, Yuri has to deal with trying to become a good Maoh, while at the same time attempting to adapt to this lands' customs and culture, all in a world where the tension between the humans and Mazoku is reaching its peak.

Personal Comments

This anime is rating Teenagers (May contain bloody violence, bad language, nudity). But I don’t think that this is such a bad anime. when It’s just sometimes it contain such bad aspect. Yuri, unlike others kinghood anime, is not an annoying character. Usually King always be described as annoying and arrogant although he/she changes at later episode. But Yuri is different. Even after becoming King, he is gentle and kind. I like this kind of character. Opps… this suppose to be put in character section. Maa ikka. I’ll just add them later. I got excited when describing Yuri.

The fight with Shinou/Soushu

Shinou (The first Maoh) who has defeated Soushu(Originator/Evil creature in this story) in the battle with him is infected with Soushu’s evil and slowly become corrupted with evil. When the four Box is gathered, the seal casted on Soushu is weakened and Soushu is slowly released. Yuri and his company come to reseal the Soushu but Yuri ended up being possessed by Shinou+Soushu. Shinou gave emotional pressure to weakened Yuri’s spirit and eventually took over his body, leaving Yuri in darkness. However, Julia come and remind him of what true courage and people’s trust in him. He manage to escape due to Morgif’s (Demon Sword) power and finally defeat Shinou+Soushu. After that, he become the strongest Maoh in history. Kind Shinou uses his last drop of power to send Yuri, Murata and Shori back to their world.

Yuri’s soul is sent to the past using a Demon Mirror. In the past of when Julia is still alive and still agonizing whether to become Maoh or not. He who thought than no one knows him in that time walk near to Julia to understand what really happen since his Company didn’t want to tell him. There he understands the true situation and his company’s painful past. In that past, Conrad and others Half Human and half Mazoku decided to fight a large army with a small army without a proper equipment. This is basically a suicide. Yuri try to stop them but Julia stop him saying that they are determined to regain their honor. Yuri understands that he can’t do anythings and cried. Julia said that she glad that they have him to cry for them when everyone is casting away their tears in the time of conflict to run from painful feelings.

Highlighted Character

Shibuya Yuri

Yuri is my favorite characters in compared to others anime character. He is not cool but not that uncool. He is kind and very understanding. He is impatience but when reminded, he can make a calm decision ignoring his feelings. Although he is a Maoh, he dislike to act like one. He likes to befriends with everyone even though he/she is low class citizen. His Maoh mode is very cool and strong. He is a great example as king. He is sometimes quite a rash person but with his company around, he can make a calm decision. Yuri easily gets caught up in his emotions to the point of loosing control of himself. He is a little bit quick to anger, and once he's on a rampage he can't even stop himself.

Yuri has many allies and friends. His closest allies are Wolfram, Conrad, Günter, Gwendal, Murata, and Josak. They help Yuri throughout the series. At his first encounter with Wolfram von Bielefeld he ends up engaged to him due to a mishap: Wolfram, angry that Yuri has been chosen as the Maoh, makes the mistake of insulting Yuri's mother - which earns him a slap. Slapping another noble on his or her left cheek is the way in which Mazoku propose marriage (some consider the slap as unmanly, but Yuri explains in the light novel that he only slapped Wolfram because he has a beautiful face, otherwise he would have punched him). Incensed by this insult, Wolfram challenges Yuri to a duel, which is also mistakenly accepted because of Yuri's unfamiliarity with Mazoku custom (he picked up the knife that fell off the table).

A Hippo and A Lion

Konjiki no Gash Bell volume 31 is out at Onemanga. Phew, it become much much interesting and heartwarming. This volume featured Kyanchome and Folgore, the two most uncool characters in this entire story. But this episode is different because they become really-really cool!

The story dig down to Folgore’s past. Folgore who always appears idiotic in the storyline is actually a rampager in the past. Aiming to be a cool and strong lion, he fight and beat up anyone who oppose him. A while later, he realize that everyone is distancing themselves from him. Even his parent scared of him and chased him out. While walking on the road, he saw the documentary of a hippo. He saw many birds gathering around the hippo fangs as if nothing dangerous. He thinks to himself “Ahh.. isn’t it good. Even though it was clumsy and such, I wanted to be like the form of that Hippo”

When Kyanchome gain powers, he was driven crazy by that power and continue to torture his enemies even after it’s obvious that they won. Folgore try to stop him. Kyanchome refuse to stop because he doesn’t want to be weak. But Folgore said “A hippo is strong. When protecting his children, he’s especially strong. He can even beat the lion.” and his finishing line “I've always been a Hippo, does my form looks uncool in your eyes, Kyanchome?”.

I seriously never thought it. A hippo can be that cool eh? he he…

Anyway, I have no time to write any review because of tests, assignments and many others student’s responsibility. Haish… what a pain… I’ve finished Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s and very excited to write it but time is the limiter. Sorry everyone…

Love’s meaning differ for each person. People can’t define love for someone else because love has vast definition. I’m currently writing about Kyou Kara Maoh but having trouble summarizing the content from Wiki. So I decided to make this post. This post is mainly about the love relationship of anime characters from my point of view.

Takemoto Yuta and Hanamoto Hagumi (Honey and Clover)

This is kinda pathetic love at first. Takemoto who falls in love to Hanamoto Hagumi (Hagu) in the first sight is a very negative thinker. He feels even worse when he knows that Morita likes Hagu and she likes him too. But he is truly caring about her and always help him when she is in trouble. He finally have courage to confess after coming back from his journey in a bicycle. In the end of second season, I can conclude that Hagu just cherish him very much and thought of him as precious although it doesn’t reach the point of love.

A pure love and friendship

Takamine Kiyomaro and Suzume Mizuno(Konjiki no Gash Bell)

This is a bit confusing love. The theme of their love is Loneliness and acceptance. Before meeting Gash, Kiyomaro is alonely and cold person. The only one who accept him is Suzume and always chasing after her even if she was bad-mouthing by everyone around her. Kiyomaro that knows the situation scold her and try to keep away from her so that the bad-mouthing stop but yet, she is always chase after him.

A genius boy and a clueless girl

Shinozaki Mikoto and Yuki Fukazawa (Over Drive)

His love started when she accidentally hit him in the face in their elementary school. She gave him a handkerchief (that he dropped) to wipe out his blood. Since then, Shinozaki has always look after her even though she doesn’t even notice. Fukazawa’s mother said that “there’s one guy who always look at you and worry about you and always shows up in any picture that you have”. The day before the match in the story, in the midst of rain Shinozaki said to her “I will do my best. I will definitely won’t betray you”. This statement made her cry and her heart changes

A clueless boy and a loveless girl

Lina Inverse and Gourry Gabriev (Slayers)

Both of them are thick-headed and they don’t realize their own feelings. They meet each others when Gourry save her from a group of bandit (she doesn’t need it though). Since then Gourry has been following her and act as her guardian. In the battle with Hellmaster Phibrizzo, Lina who is desperate to save Gourry cast Giga-slave and kill Hellmaster. But then Lord of Nightmare took over her body. Gourry risk himself to save Lina. This incident is the first event that shows their deep love. Other than this event, they are just fooling around with each others and don’t show much of their love.

My Future and Its Uncertainty

I decided to make Meister’s Mumbling my normal post. I think only posting Anime Review will make the post slow and hardly any update. What should I say in my second mumbling?

Recently I’ve download many interesting Anime, but when I saw the first episode, I found the anime boring… sigh…

I’ve been thinking, how long will I watch anime? Will I stopped watching them somedays? Well work as an Engineer is busy and I’ve also been thinking, will I have any time to spend with my family. Will my child grows loveless?

Actually I’ve found a hint to this answer. I’ve read this in Konjiki no Gash Bell volume 29. This saying is said by one of Kiyomaro’s teachers, TM Lee-sensei. He said

“What’s so bad about salaryman? If you become a musician or an artist, what guarantee do you have of getting married and starting a family afterwards? A celebrity, a performer or an athlete, those are wonderful jobs to dream about but what happens to you after your time in the spotlight is over? I want you to consider this in mind.

You have to think about the security of your life too. Chasing after your dreams with all your might is actually a wonderful thing. But if you prioritize your future, your marriage and your family, then you definitely aim to become a salaryman or a civil servant. People chose to become salaryman or civil servants for the sake of their loved ones. I think it’s a wonderful choice”

Yes I do think that Engineer are a good profession but I’ve always wondered, Isn’t engineer is a busy job? Do we actually have times with my family? Can I really gave religion education to them? Can they really feel happy only by getting great pocket money? Will they grow to be a love-full person or just a loveless, sad human being? They are many case like that and I definitely don’t want that to happen to my own child.

Worst, what if I fall in love to someone who also busy??? Arghhh what will happen to my family? Sigh~

Well, for now I just stick to be a great engineer. He he… it seems I went too far to the future. Anime is also part of me. I don’t think I can erase it completely. Well I don’t aim to become an Otaku though.

Meister’s First Mumbling

To my readers, sorry for not posting anything for the past week and maybe not in the next 1 week. I’m currently watching Kyou Kara Maoh which consist of more than 100 episode. Haish, what a pain. But Kyou Kara Maoh is a very interesting anime. Well I can place it among my top 5 anime.

Anyway, I’ve finish watching Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei for the first and second season. I don’t want to post any review about it because that anime is just a collection of jokes and sometimes its motive is unclear. Even so, I enjoy the show and I recommend it to watch when you are a bit stressed up.

I’ve also recently reading Otaku no Musume-san(Otaku’s Daughter) manga. It’s very interesting. It tells stories about an Otaku suddenly got a daughter(his real daughter). Well, I don’t really recommend this stories for anyone under age 13 and even under 18. No sex or violence but plenty of eechi part. It’s not good to dirty yourself with this story he he…

Konjiki No Gash Bell manga Volume 30 is out today. Gash is becoming more cool, composed and strong. Well I like that part of him. I don’t hate his childish part either. The story has taken a very great turn of event. The fight is becoming more violent and fierce yet very sad.

“The figures of important ones who are in my heart, I will not let you or anybody annihilate them” Cool isn’t he. Three more volume and everythings will ends. Gambare Gashhu!!!! Kaa… can’t wait!!!

Slayers

I first watch Slayers when I’m in first grade of middle school. It was aired every Sunday and I never missed it. This anime is a very amusing and funny. I’ve always loved wizard world and this anime provide me with that kind of world. All characters in this anime is cute in their own ways and comedic until the end of the story. I haven’t watch the forth and fifth season so I’ll make review when I’ve finish them. Slayers is an Adventure, comedy and fantasy genre anime. It have a bit of romance but it doesn’t appear too much.

I failed to find synopsis in Wikipedia so I just fill this post with the Characters and Personal comments

Anime Setting and Magic from Wikipedia

In the Slayers universe the Lord of Nightmares is the ultimate being. The Claire Bible states that if the worlds are destroyed and returned to chaos, the Lord of Nightmares can return to its true form.

On each of these worlds are gods (shinzoku, lit. "godly race") and demons (Mazoku, lit. "evil race"), fighting without end. Should the gods win the war in a world, that world will be at peace. Should the demons win, the world will be destroyed and returned to Chaos. In Lina's world, the supreme god is the Red Dragon God "Flare Dragon" Ceiphied, and the supreme demon is the Dark Lord "Ruby-Eye" Shabranigdo. Long ago, the war ended more or less in a stalemate, when Ceiphied was able to split Shabranigdo's existence into seven pieces in order to prevent him from coming back to life, then sealing them within human souls. As the souls are reincarnated, the individual fragments would therefore be worn down until Shabranigdo himself would be destroyed. However, Ceiphied was so exhausted by this that he himself sank into the Sea of Chaos, leaving four parts of himself and his soul in the world.

A millennium before the events in Slayers, one of Ruby-Eye's fragments (which was sealed in the body of Lei Magnus, a very powerful sorcerer) revived and began the Resurrection War (降魔戦争, Kōma-sensō^?, alternately "War of Demon Conquering") against one of the parts of Ceiphied, the Water Dragon King (Aqualord). Ultimately, the piece of Shabranigdo won, but Aqualord, using the last remnants of her power, froze and sealed him within the Kataart mountains. Nevertheless, Shabranigdo's lieutenants escaped and remained at liberty, sealing a part of the world within a magical barrier, through which only Mazoku could pass.

There are three types of Magic within the Slayers universe. Black Magic spells call directly on the powers of the Mazoku, such as the Dragon Slave, and are capable of causing enormous damage. White Magic spells are drawn from the caster's own life force and used for healing or protection. Shamanistic Magic is focused on manipulation and alteration of the natural world such as Raywing and Fireball, as well as the Astral Plane including Elmekia Lance. The greatest Astral spell is the Ra-Tilt, a spell of devastating power when used against a spiritual being, such as a Mazoku, and equal in power to the Dragon Slave.

Above all other magic, however, and of its nature used purely for destruction, are spells drawing power from the Lord of Nightmares. Two spells of this class are the Ragna Blade, capable of "cutting through anything", and the Giga Slave, capable of felling any opponent, but which could destroy the world if the spell is miscast.

Personal Comments

Daisuki. I love this anime very much. I have recently watching the second season and its dubbed voice is not as bad as others dubbed anime. Usually I’m not fond of watching an English voiced anime but this anime is exceptional. This anime is comedic and only getting serious toward fighting the boss of the series. This anime is filled with laughter and magic. Well sometime the comedy is almost illogical. Well we can’t expect people to still be alive after being shot with enormous Fireball.

Shabranigdo Resurrections

The conflict started with Red Priest Rezo searching for a statue which later be revealed as Philosopher Stone, a stone that can enhance magical power. Rezo first accused Zelgadis Greywoods as a bad person that wanted to resurrect Ruby-Eyed Shabranigdo. . Later it is revealed that Rezo himself wanted to resurrect the dark lord to cure his blind eye. It is known afterwards that Shabranigdo reside himself in Rezo’s Eye and that’s why he failed to cure his eye even after using the three way of magic. Upon resurrection Shabranigdo took control of Rezo’s body and kill him.

Lina Inverse, Gourry Gabriev and Zelgadis Greywoods struggle in fighting him. Lina can’t use the power of Black Magic because the power itself is drawn from Shabranigdo himself. It is the same as saying to him “Please lend me your power to kill you”. Even Ra Tilt (Ultimate attack of Shamanic Magic) that hold the same power as Dragon Slave fail to kill him. In desperation, Lina cast Giga Slave that draw power from Lord of Nightmare,

Final fight with Hellmaster Phibrizzo

Gourry was captured by Phibrizzo and was turn into the puppet to fight Lina. Lina was furious and chase after the Hellmaster to get Gourry back. However, when Lina and her company reach where Hellmaster was, her friends’ soul was captured one by one in front of Lina. Hellmaster planned to enrage Lina so that Lina would cast the most dangerous spell, Giga Slave. Lina still can endure that until Hellmaster decided to destroy the container of Gourry soul.

Lina cast the Giga Slave. It is the most tremendous Giga Slave she has ever casted. However she failed causing her body was taken over by the Lord of Nightmares. The Lord of Nightmares kill the Hellmaster easily and said to her friends that her earnest wish to save Gourry has called upon her. Howevr Lord of Nightmares said that Lina’s soul has been consumed by the chaos within Lord of Nightmares.

However, Gourry cannot accept it and chase after Lina and trying to bring her back. After a while, I think (I think because there’s no mention in the story) that Lord of Nightmare release Lina and go back to the Sea of Chaos. Gourry was united with Lina and kissing scene takes place. To be honest, I am relieve that both of them forget about this scene because if they don’t, this story will not become comedic anymore he he…

Lina Inverse

Lina Inverse is the primary protagonist and the only character that appears in all incarnations of Slayers. She is an adolescent but very powerful sorceress, with a great love for money, treasure (especially the magical sort) and food. In the anime and manga (but not the light novel) Lina uses overly destructive magic recklessly (but comically), often with little provocation. She is reputed to be an evil, powerful, destructive, diminutive sorceress (the evil part is arguably not true, though one may consider her greed and general lack of concern for others unless they are in danger of being killed can be considered "evil"). She has an older sister, Luna, who is a powerful swordswoman. Although Lina has faced down dragons, monsters, and even Dark Lords with little fear, the mere mention of Luna's name sends her into terrified hysterics. This fear is caused by the fact when Lina was a child, she sold pictures of Luna naked in order to earn money, and in turn, Luna punished Lina so severely that Lina's feared her ever since. Another one of her biggest fears is slugs. Lina has many different nicknames, including "Bandit Killer" and "Dragon Spooker", neither of which she's very fond of, though to her, her most embarrassing nickname is "Lina the Pink" which is her official title amongst the sorcerer's guild. By the current point of the series anime wise, Lina's accomplishments include the destruction of a piece of Shabranigdo and having a hand in the destruction of Flaredragon Gaav and Hellmaster Phibrizzo, as well as kicking out Darkstar from their world. Because of these accomplishments she is increasingly piquing the interest of the Mazoku race and has become a frequent target.

Well, for me, Lina is a corrupted 16 years old girl with a strong sense of justice. Although sometimes, she could be blinded by money, but she still knows what is right and what is wrong. Although she may not seems like it, she is very caring about her friends especially Gourry whom she loves.

Gourry Gabriev

Gourry is somewhat less than scholarly and appears to have memory deficiencies, but his skills as a swordsman are unmatched throughout the franchise and has shown to be nigh unbeatable. He also has excellent skills of observation and can often tell when something is out of place long before anyone else in the group catches on. A characterization of Gourry from his manga profile is "as loyal as man's best friend but not quite as smart." After he meets Lina he decides to become the "little girl's" unpaid bodyguard (despite his disappointment at his charge's lack of development), and they slowly get to know one another. Gourry's kindness (he spares the life of his rival Zangulus on several occasions), loyalty (absolute to Lina) and consideration for others is clear throughout the franchise, but is not as quixotic as that of the Seyruuns'. It has been revealed through interviews that Gourry actually has a rather high magic capacity and has the potential to deal spells in power that rival Lina's, however due to Gourry's inadequate memory he cannot remember spells and is thus useless in the field of magic.

While Gourry is powerful with an ordinary sword, he is absolutely deadly when armed with his family's magic blade. He is the keeper of the Sword of Light, a mystic weapon whose steel blade can be detached, allowing the use of an alternate blade made of pure, destructive light powered by force of will. The sword can fell lower-ranked demons on its own and absorbs magic. If magic is cast directly on the sword of the light, the sword's power becomes combined with that of the spell. Gourry takes great care of the Sword of Light, and watches it carefully to protect the valuable relic from thieving hands, especially those of Lina herself. Lina often tries to trick him into giving it to her by claiming he already promised it to her, but these are one of the few times where Gourry's less than astute memory is crystal clear. Gourry does allow Lina to borrow the sword in certain extreme circumstances, however.

a very interesting twisted plot for a love story anime. i would have never guess that Ryuuji and Taiga to become a couple. memorable remark from Ryuuji : “if you are a tiger, then I’ll be a dragon to stand on the equal ground.”

the saddest anime goes to CLANNAD AFTER STORY. story mainly about meaning and importance of family relationship. the season 1 of this anime is just a typical harem anime. but,the season 2(after story) is the real deal. the most touching scene for me is when Tomoya walked with his sick daughter along a snowing road. i almost cried while watching the episode.

The series, set in the Heian era, Abe no Masahiro is the grandson of the great onmyōji, Abe no Seimei. Seimei, who passed his teachings on to his grandson, Masahiro who has lost his sixth sense and the ability to see spirits. Masahiro constantly feels resentful for being in his grandfather's shadow.

Even so, one day, Masahiro meets a fox-like creature which he names Mokkun (もっくん?) who shows him his true potential powers after fighting a demon. Mokkun is actually Tōda (騰蛇?), see Teng (mythology), who prefers to be called Guren. He is one of the twelve shikigami called the Shinshō (神将?), who has pledged his loyalty to Seimei and is helping Masahiro to surpass his grandfather.

Masahiro's dream to surpass his grandfather may not be realised easily as not only does he have to convince the other Shinshō that he is Seimei's true successor, he must also increase his power in order to stop demons coming from China, the other parts of Japan and the Underworld as well as rival onmyōji's who want to destroy Japan. He also has to keep his promise to protect Princess Akiko of the Fujiwara clan.

My Point Of View

Gokigen yo minasan !!!! My very first tribute to anime review. Actually I don’t have much to write. After trying to write this post now that I know it is not an easy task. Maybe I’m not born to be a writer, lol. But seeing Meister performing well with his posts I’ll do my best to complete this one. Let’s get back to the topic, shounen onmyouji. The main concept for this anime is very similar to other anime such as kekkaishi and shikabane hime where a monk or priest will exorcist evil spirit. Firstly I’ll introduce some characters.

CHARACTERS

Masahiro -- the main character of this anime. To be a full fledge onmyouji, he has to overcome many hardships. Moreover, his grandfather, seimei is a very powerful and respectable onmyouji. His two brothers are also a very talented onmyouji.

Akiko – she is the first princess of her household. She likes masahiro and plays an important role in supporting him. She also has high spiritual power which enables her to see evil spirit.

Guren – he is one of the seimei’s juuni shinshou (twelve spirits summon). He is always at masahiro side and has promised to protect masahiro for the rest of his life. Memorable remark from guren :

“if that is your wish, then i'll break my heart for the sake of that wish and i'll lend you my strength. That is why I’m by your side”

Kurumanosuke – a very interesting character which I find in this anime. During one night masahiro find him trying to attack a drunken man at the street. But after masahiro give a chase and finally caught him, kurumanosuke was crying and explain that he was just trying to check at the man condition. He means no harm and since then kurumanosuke has helped masahiro as a means of transport. By the way, kurumanosuke is a name given by masahiro. Kuruma means car as kurumanosuke is a ‘kereta kuda’ spirit. (I don’t know what it is in English. chikushou…)

MEMORABLE EVENT

There is one battle at the first 12 episode of the anime which interest me the most. The battle is at mount kifune between masahiro with 4 of the juuni shinshou and the demons. There, Akiko was captured by the demons to be eaten by kyuuki (leader of the demons). After winnig the battle, masahiro was stabbed by akiko because the demos had put a curse on akiko beforehand. Guren, seeing this happened went beserk. This shows how much guren want to protect masahiro and how deeply he was hurt to see masahiro being hurt. Then, masahiro uses the last bit of his remaining energy to calm guren down. It is truly a very touching scene. Masahiro at the verge of losing his life was saved by takaoko no kami (the dragon god of kifune). That’s it for now I think. Otsukaresama~~

Mobile Suit Gundam Seed

This post is not included with Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny. I can’t combine these two because both story is different with each other and each season is too long (49+). I preferred Gundam Seed rather than Gundam Seed Destiny because Gundam Seed has more originality in its storyline despite its inferiority in Gundam design. Well some may say ‘Meister, you see mecha anime. So childish.’ Well, it may seems childish but Gundam and Power Rangers is in completely different world. Power Rangers only fight monster so that peace may come to earth. Gundam has much more complex storyline. In case of Gundam Seed, it mainly more toward the pain of war and life value. Well it’s up to them what they want to think because they never even want to watch them. Hmm… I’m not angry okay he he…

The series is the first set in the Cosmic Era. This series begins with the Bloody Valentine War between Earth and the colonies that is similar to the One Year War of the original Gundam series with certain traditional elements from Mobile Suit Gundam Wing and After War Gundam X such as the presence of five multicolored Gundam mobile suits and the threat of an apocalypse. On one side is the Earth Alliance, and on the opposite is the space colonies that form ZAFT (Zodiac Alliance of Freedom Treaty). Mankind is divided over human genetic engineering, with normal humans known as "Naturals" and the genetically altered humans known as "Coordinators". As in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED, ZAFT have technological advantages in mobile suits but the Naturals soon draw level. With ZAFT having stolen four of the prototypes, young Coordinator Kira Yamato pilots the GAT-X105 Strike Gundam and is forced to fight his old friend Athrun Zala.

Notable Event

Kira first Gundam battle

Raul le Crueset led his 5 men to steal the Gundam in Heliopolis. Kira Yamato whose an Engineering student who live there accidentally found the Gundam on his way to reach a shelter. In the midst of chaos he board GAT-X105 Strike Gundam with Captain Ramiasu. Once he sees the Gundam OS (operating system), he commented that Gundam cannot move with such crappy OS. He reprogrammed the OS in the midst of battle. Can you believe it, a 16 year old student reprogrammed a Gundam that even an adult fail to do. He manage to destroy 1 Zaku. After that he decide to protect his friends onboard the Archangel (a battleship) by piloting it.

Kira and Athrun ultimate clash

Well, ultimate may be exaggerating but it really is interesting. The conflict started with Kira accidentally killed Athrun’s friend, Nicole in a fight with Athrun. A days later, Athrun also killed Kira’s friend, Tolle. Both of them enraged and fight driven by their rage and hatred. Athrun give the final blow by self-destructing his own GAT-X303 Aegis Gundam. Athrun was later found by Cagalli and her ORB people. Cagalli said this to him ‘You killed because someone was killed and getting killed because you killed. Will peace come that way?’. After the fight, both of them started thinking about the purpose of war. They started to think what is the meaning of their fight.

ORB on fire

Earth Alliance insisted ORB to join them in order to bring down ZAFT. However, ORB representative, Uzumi Nara Atha refuse to do so to keep ORB ideals which is ‘We do not invade and we won’t allow ourselves to be invaded’. Actually the Earth Alliance wanted Kaguya Mass Driver that can bring their army to space. Uzumi Nara Atha who is Cagalli’s father decide to destroy ORB facility and Kaguya Mass Driver. This event is a bit sad but this event lead to the discovery of Kira and Cagalli brotherhood.

Final battle on GENESIS

After the use of Nuclear missile on PLANT (coordinator colony), Patrick Zala decide to use coordinator’s ultimate weapon, GENESIS (Gamma Emission by Nuclear Explosion Stimulate Inducing System). It is a super weapon that can scorch the earth if it were to be used on her. Patrick Zala was killed by his own commander that disagree with his decision to shot GENESIS on earth. Athrun mourn on his father’s death and decided to self destruct using his ZGMF-X09A Justice. He was saved by Cagalli that prevent him from letting himself killed alongside his mobile suit. Meanwhile Kira fought with Raul le Creuset with his mobile suit, ZGMF-X13A Providence. He manage to kill him and ZAFT agreed to make a ceasefire with Earth.

Kira Yamato

Piloting: GAT-X105 Strike Gundam, ZGMF-X10A Freedom Gundam

Kira is a first-generation Coordinator. At the beginning of Gundam SEED, Kira lives on the neutral space colony Heliopolis to avoid the Bloody Valentine War. An expert in computer science, he assists with research and development at the Heliopolis technical college he attended. In both Gundam SEED and Gundam SEED Destiny, his friendship with Athrun Zala forms one of the main themes of the story.

Kira in the first half of the series is a strong yet fragile character. He fight and kill with many doubt in his heart especially when he is fighting Athrun. However, after the clash with Athrun, he come to realize his true desire and become plenty strong from what he originally was. Kira is a kind man. He accept to pilot Strike Gundam in order to protect his friends and he has tendency to bring backs lost life pod even if he was told not to. After he receive Freedom Gundam from Lacus Clyne, he fight without having to kill the pilot inside the mobile suit.

For me, Kira is a naive soldier but his resolve to protect his friends is admirable. I don’t know why but I can’t remember any of his remark hmm…

Athrun Zala

Piloting: GAT-X303 Aegis Gundam, ZGMF-X09A Justice

Athrun Zala is a Coordinator, and a member of the Rau Le Creuset ZAFT special forces team at the beginning of Gundam SEED. He is the son of Patrick Zala, a member of the PLANT Supreme Council.

Athrun is always confuse in his fight. Even in season two, he is still confuse. Athrun is a loyal soldier. However, when he is ordered to fight his friend, Kira, he has some doubt and ended just normal clashing of sword without killing intent with Kira. Like Kira, he love his friends very much. When Nicole was killed by Kira, he resolved to kill Kira to avenge Nicole. However, Lacus Slyne has asked him ‘What is it that you believe in and fight for? Is it the medal you recieved? Your father’s orders?’ However, he can’t answer it. But he decided to help Kira in order to search for the answer.

For me, Athrun is a powerful soldier with a confused mind. I don’t know why but I can’t remember any of his remark hmm…

Honey and Clover

I’ve seen this anime for about 5 or 6 times already but I’ve never get tired of it. This anime has awesome plot and touching love story. This anime isn’t like other love anime. It is not featured school life but university and adult life instead. It is enjoyable while full of lesson for all age.

Yūta Takemoto, Takumi Mayama and Shinobu Morita are three young men who live in the same apartment complex and are students at an art college in Tokyo.

One day, one of the art professors, Shūji Hanamoto, introduces his cousin's daughter, Hagumi Hanamoto, who has come to live with him and is a first year at the art school. Upon introduction, Takemoto and Morita fall in love with her. Morita expresses his love for Hagu in ways that scare her, especially calling Hagu 'mousey' and constantly photographing her, while Takemoto hides his feelings and tries to be a friend to Hagu. Hagu herself, though initially timid and afraid of company, gradually warms up to the three.

The group also includes another female: Ayumi Yamada. She is a master of pottery, and is well known by her name "Tetsujin" (Iron Lady). When not at school or hanging out with friends from the college, she helps run the family liquor store. She is very popular with all the guys, whether they are from the shopping district the liquor store is in or the other male pottery students, but Mayama is the only man she is in love with.

Unfortunately, although Mayama considers Yamada a friend, he does not return Yamada's love and is busy chasing an older woman, Rika Harada. Rika runs an architecture studio which she used to run with her husband, Harada before he died in a car accident which also left Rika disabled. Rika Harada and Shūji were very close friends and roommates in college. Mayama is sent by Shūji to help Rika, who has a hard time taking care of herself and running her business.

The story follows these five characters in their love triangles, unrequited love, graduating from college, finding jobs, and learning more about themselves.

Personal Comment

If I were to comment, I’ll say that this anime is superb and wonderful… Hmm… that’s it…

My favourite remark in this story is

‘As time pass by, the day will come when everything will fade into memories, but those miraculous days when you and I along with everyone else, searched together for just one thing will continue revolving together’

Highlighted Character

Unlike previous post, this time I’ll put more character instead of two. This anime strong point is its character. So I’ll put more character so that it might attract reader to watch it.

Hanamoto Hagumi (Main Character)

Usually called "Hagu" by her friends, she is an 18-year-old first-year art student at the start of the series. She is depicted as appearing and acting several years younger than her true age. Despite her appearance, she is a gifted artist and her work is highly praised by art professionals. This girl is a bit dense and unaware of Takemoto and Morita feelings for her. Due to her talent, her artwork is always being viewed at art museum. With her small hands, she can makes a statue as big as a grown-up man. However, everyone expectation puts a huge stress on her. She has several times collapse and sick due to stress. At the end of the second season, she admits that she is in love with Morita but she chose Shuuji because she believes that Shuuji can help her to achieves her dream.

Memorable Remark:

Please let there be as much happiness as possible for you

Takemoto Yuta (Main Character)

A second-year art student, age 19 at the start of the series, living in the same apartment complex as Mayama and Morita. Takemoto is the primary point-of-view of the series, and often acts as narrator of episodes. He is depicted as the most mellow of the main characters. He falls in love with Hagu immediately after being introduced by his professor but keeps his feelings to himself through most of the series. I like this character, maybe because he has almost the same conflict as myself. Takemoto found it hard to express his feeling and the situation get worst as he know that Morita and Hagu is in love with each other. He also has problem to step to the world of adult. Because of his inability to act upon his feelings as freely as Morita, Takemoto decides to act as a brother-figure to Hagu, giving her friendly support when needed. At the peak of his stress, he drive his bicycle around Japan. His journey ends when he reach Wakannai, the northenmost place of Japan. Due to his journey, he gain strength to confess to Hagu at the end of the first season. At the end of second season, I can say that Hagu still treasured Takemoto as she gave him a bread with honey and a four-leaf-clover in each bread.

Memorable Remark:

They said that I’m amazing to reach that far by bicycle, but what I do is just pedaling in am endless cycle.
I was wondering, is there any meaning in failed love

Kaoru Morita (Secondary Character)

Morita's older brother who seems to have a mysterious agenda in earning ridiculously large amounts of money. Unlike Morita, he is practical- minded and organized. Though he dislikes Morita because of his extreme idiosyncrasies, but appears to be on the few people who can put up with them and one of the few people who is able to control Morita to some extent. In season two, it is revealed that he and his brother, Shinobu Morita is trying to exact revenge against the head of Floyd Electric for taking over their father company and taking all their father’s creation. Although his father told them to look forward, but he chose to look back dragging his brother with him. He who thought that he has no talent compared to his brother envy his brother and father. However his assistant, Shiroyama said “Kaoru-sama has a gifted imagination. On top of that he is very smart and has an annoyingly sharp memories”. Although he broke down and lose his aim after exacting his revenge, his brother’s love and his assistant hard work’s image is preventing him from hurting himself. I like this character.

Memorable Remark:

Do you wish for him to return or do you not?
They can prepare for decade. I’ll take them on, no matter how many times. (This remark is powerful yet very sad and lonely)

Takumi Nomiya (Secondary Character)

He, along with Yamazaki and Miwako, is first introduced on episode 14 of season 1. He is the type of guy who could "throw a cellphone in the sea full of women's numbers, without caring at all" as said by Mayama. Mayama is somewhat adverse to him, partially because he sees Nomiya as the ideal professional he will become and dislikes the comparison and also because of Nomiya's interest in Yamada. Nomiya is Mayama's former boss at Fujiwara Design. He also likes Yamada, and tries to visit her whenever he can, although he is aware of Yamada's feelings for Mayama. Mayama tries to act as the middleman as much as he can in order to protect Yamada, as he considers Nomiya a playboy. However, later in the series, Nomiya comes to realize that he himself has truly fallen in love with Yamada. What I truly like in him is that he is cool-headed, sharp intuition and know the right timing. He who knows that Yamada is far from forgetting Mayama decide to let her cry some more and at the point when she will start to give up, he will show up and take her to himself. there are several of his memorable remark

Code Geass is my special Anime. This anime is a very great and enjoyable anime to watch especially if you follow the series week by week. This anime never ceased to amazed me no matter how many times that I repeat it. Code Geass come in two season, Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion and Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2.

Synopsis from Wikipedia

The series is set after Japan's conquest by the Holy Britannian Empire on August 10, 2010, a.t.b. with their powerful new robot weapons, the Knightmare Frames, stripping Japan and its citizens of all rights and freedoms and renaming the country Area 11. The titular Lelouch is a Britannian prince who was disowned by his father, Emperor Charles zi Britannia, after his mother was murdered, and has vowed to destroy his father, the Emperor, and Britannia. He gains an ability through the mysterious power of the Geass, becoming the leader of the resistance movement to fulfill his two wishes: to seek revenge for his mother and to construct a world in which his beloved sister Nunnally can live happily.

Personal Comment

Code Geass is my most suprising anime. In each episode lies great suprise that may startle me. In Code Geass, Lelouch Lamperouge or his real name Lelouch vi Brittania is a discarded prince that was sold to Japan to maintain good relationship. After Japan fallen to Britannia in a war, he lives as Lelouch Lamperouge and was protected by Ashford Family. He then lead a Rebellion of the Eleven (The name given to Japanese people by Brittanian). He fight to create a better world for his sister, Nunnally. However, toward the end of the first season, his Black Rebellion failed and he was caught by his best friend, Kururugi Suzaku. In Code geass R2, it’s revealed the origin of Geass, the true intention of Lelouch’s father, Charles vi Britannia.

Highlighted Event

Rolo Death

This is what I call ‘Bad people die a honorable death’. Although Rolo might not be bad, but his behavior is very violence. He kills anyone that he judge might endangered he and his brother (Lelouch. He got a mission to act as Lelouch’s little brother but later on he accepted him as a rweal brother) happiness. At that time, Lelouch fall into Prince Schneizel’s trap and was betrayed by his own subordinate. Rolo who was yelled earlier by Lelouch after his Sister’s death come into his rescue. He took his brother Knightmare (Battle Robot) and save him. He use his Geass to help him escape. However, he overused Geass which taken lot of heart power and died of mental and physical exhaustion. Lelouch who before this really hate Rolo for killing his loved one, Shirley and disguising as his brother finally accepted Rolo.

Final episode

This is the climax of the surprise. Lelouch who finally understands his sister intention of joining Prince Schneizel use his geass on Nunnally to gain the control of the Freya (Ultimate Warhead). Lelouch who gain the Freya rule the world with fear. Two month later Suzaku come and kill Lelouch by disguising as Zero. with that, the chain of hatred ended after the death of Tyranny Lelouch. The world finally achive peace and everyone lives in happiness although maybe those who know Lelouch and Zero real identity may feel sad of his sacrifice.

It has been a long time since I was suprised by the ending of the story. Some may call this story trainwreck but I think this ending is nice and perfect. Who would expect Lelouch who was once cold-hearted and selfish would sacrifice himself for the sake of the world. This final episode is DAMN awesome.

Highlighted Character

Lelouch vi Britannia

Lelouch Lamperouge is the title character and protagonist of the series. He was born as Lelouch vi Britannia, the Eleventh Prince of the Britannian Imperial Family and seventeenth in line for the throne. His father is the Britannian Emperor, Charles zi Britannia, and his mother was Marianne vi Britannia. He was sent to Japan as a political hostage for questioning his father's cold regard for his mother's assassination and the crippling of his blind sister Nunnally. When Britannia invaded, he went into hiding with his sister, taking refuge with the Ashford family. Seven years later, he discovers an enigmatic girl known as C.C., who grants him an ability called Geass, which allows him to command others to behave as he wishes. Seeking to build a peaceful world for his sister, he pursues the destruction of Britannia under the guise of his masked alter-ego Zero.

I have alternate opinion about this character. His love to people that close to him is admirable but his coldness to people that he called pawn(subordinate) is what I hate the most. He don’t really care what happen to his subordinate as long as his objective is achieve.

Kururugi Suzaku

Suzaku Kururugi is Lelouch's childhood friend and son of Japan's last prime minister, Genbu Kururugi. He is both a secondary protagonist and antagonist of the series, aligned against Zero's Black Knights but nevertheless intent on changing the Britannian Empire for the better. He claims that achieving results by wrong or illegal methods is meaningless, wanting to change Britannia from within. Suzaku is an Honorary Britannian and part of the Britannia army, later becoming the pilot of the experimental Knightmare Frame Lancelot as a member of the R&D Division. He later falls in love with Princess Euphemia, who is murdered by Zero. In the second season, Suzaku is granted a position in the Knights of the Round by the Emperor for his capture of Zero. His title and rank is Knight of Seven. Suzaku desires to become the Knight of One, a status that will allow him to rule Area 11 by his choosing.

I pity him. He always play the bad guy although he has a very honest intention.

Natsume Yuujinchou or Natsume's Book of Friends is a Shojou, drama and supernatural genre anime. While I don't usually like shojou anime, this anime caught my interest.

Synopsis from Wikipedia

For as long as he can remember, Takashi has been cursed by the ability to see spirits, a power inherited from his grandmother Reiko. Upon her death, Reiko bequeaths to her grandson several of her belongings - including the Book of Friends, a book containing the names of spirits Reiko had bullied into servitude. The Book of Friends is a highly prized item in the spirit world, and spirits hound Takashi constantly. Whereas Reiko formed the contracts, however, Takashi spends his time dissolving the contracts and releasing the various spirits that come to him for help. But that doesn't mean there aren't malicious spirits trying to kill him. Which is where Madara (called Nyanko-sensei by Natsume) comes in; Madara serves as Natsume's bodyguard and spiritual advisor of sorts, even though he is motivated by his own desire to possess the Book of Friends. He later on begins to become more attached to Takashi

Personal Comment

At first I put this anime in the last folder that I want to watch due to it's poor drawing. But one day, when I'm searching for anime, I found this one. This anime was splendid. This anime doesn't have fancy fight like others anime that I've seen nor it has any big mecha. But it's story line is excellent. Natsume Takashi and Natsume Reiko was blessed by god with an ability to see Youkai (Bad spirit). Both of them has great power compared to other people who can see the spirit. Natsume Reiko is Takashi's grandmother. She who was alienated by her townsman because of her ability began to make play with the Ayakashi (Good spirit). Whenever Reiko defeat an Ayakashi with her crafty fight, she will take the name of the ayakashi. Ayakashi valued their name. If the name was burn, they will die just like what happen to the name.

Natsume Takashi has the same ability as his grandmother. He also was alienated and was called a liar. He live a different type of life as his grandmother. Unlike Reiko who always live with ayakashi while hating human, Takashi loves human probably because he has family who care about him and friends near him. His fat guardian cat who looks like a Tanuki (Lucky cat), Madara is the one who always protect him whenever he is in trouble. Although it may seems like Madara just wanted the Book of Friends for himself, It looks like he is attached to Takashi.

In this story, my most memorable event is when a spirit name Kirinoha come to Takashi's house asking for his name. He is quite a naive ayakashi. Takashi fail to find his name in the Book of Friends. Later it's been told that Reiko tie Kirinoha's name in a branch in a wood and promise to return his name after 50 years. Nyanko-sensei(Madara) and Hinoe thinks that it was a prank that Reiko played to him. However Takashi realize her true intention. When they found the name, Takashi ask Kirinoha to climb the tree himself. Actually Kirinoha always wanted to see the sea but he scared to go out from the wood. So Reiko tie the tree and ask him to take it after 50 years. 50 years is nothing to an Ayakashi. after 50 years, the branch grown to a very big tree. When Kirinoha reach the top of the tree he finally can see a tree. In this episode it's reveal that Reiko may seems not like a kind person but she is.

Highlighted Character

Natsume Takashi

Takashi is the main protagonist in Natsume Yuujinchou. He is a lonely person at the start of the series and gain more friends toward the end. Unlike Reiko, he loves human and ayakashi alike. He was gifted with the power to see Ayakashi although he never wanted it. However when he is helping Taki Tooru and was cursed to lose his power to see ayakashi, he feels lonely for some reason. Takashi who owned the Book of Friends feels that he must give back the name to the Ayakashi.

Memorable Remark: Maybe Reiko-san is not lonely afterall.

Madara

Natsume's cat guardian. He made a pact with Takashi that if Takashi did die, he will got the Book of Friends. Although he may seems to be with Takashi just for the Book of Friends, but he has really attached with Takashi

Well, i don't know how to start this. Actually, I'm the one who influenced Meister to build this blog. Out of sudden, he invite me as a writer and eventually I ask him to make me same level as him (admin). Well, the idea of having a blog with anime niche is his own idea.

I'm also watching anime. But I don't think it reach an addicted level as Meister and suiseiseki.

So, what am I doing here? Should I say, I work as technician to this blog. Haha.. Not that pro, but I know how to deal with this thing and web related. I already have my own personal blog at beliamuda.com.

Please put label for every entry you post becuase it have significant effect to the search engine.
It's better to put picture for each anime you are reviewing as it will look more appealing and more pictures is recommended. But be careful with the size. Please make it as small as possible (image size, not the pixel) to made loading time faster. I think you can use function that's already in Windows Live Writer.

Mobile Suit Gundam Wing also known in Japan as New Mobile Report Gundam Wing is an anime Mecha and Military Science Fiction genre anime. This anime was ranked Sixth in my most favourite anime. Gundam Wing along with Dragon Ball Z led to the rise of anime popularity throughout the early 2000s.

Synopsis from Wikipedia

Mankind has colonized space (with clusters of colonies at each of the five Earth-Moon Lagrange points), and, down on the Earth, the nations have united as the United Earth Sphere Alliance. The Alliance rules the colonies with an iron fist. The colonies desire a peaceful resolution to the situation, joining together in a movement headed by the pacifist Heero Yuy. In the year After Colony 175, Yuy is shot dead by an assassin (believed to be Odin Lowe), forcing the colonies to search for other paths to peace. The assassination also prompts five disaffected scientists from the Organization of Zodiac, much more commonly referred to as OZ, to turn rogue after the completion of the mobile suit prototype Tallgeese.

The story of Gundam Wing begins with the start of "Operation: Meteor," the scientists' plan for revenge against the OZ military organization. The operation involves five young boys who have each been chosen and trained by one of the five rogue scientists, then sent to Earth independently in extremely advanced mobile suits, one designed by each of the scientists, known as "Gundams". Their mobile suits are called Gundams because they are constructed from a rare and astonishingly durable material known as Gundanium alloy, which can only be created in outer space.

My Personal Comment

Gundam Wing ranked sith in my anime favourite list. This anime is a slow anime at the start. Sometime I got boring when watching the first 20 episode. But as the episode pass by, the story become stronger and stronger. The story started to be interesting when the Oz has started to revolt. At that time I can see many conflict and many interesting event. One of the event that impressed me is when Quatre Raberba Winner become Dark Quatre due to various betrayel that he and his family experience. He who is the most kind-hearted among the five Gundam pilot become as cold-hearted as to destroy a colony. His fellow Gundam pilot, Trowa Barton sacrifice himself in order to bring him back to a kind-hearted boy. Trowa 'death' really give an enormous effect to him. Later on he decide to fight to protect Relena Peacecraft

Event Highlight

The assasination of Federation leader and Oz revolt

This is the beginning of the best part of Gundam Wing. The assasination was done cunningly by Treize Kushrinada. without sullying his hand, he made the Gundam pilot kill them. After this Oz took over full control of earth

Colony Betrayal

The colony who decided to cooperate with Oz in making weapon has enrage Quatre father. He who hold almost all of the recource refuse to give the recource to them. He destroy the colony satelite and died in the explosion. Because of this incident, Quatre change into Dark Quatre

Character Highlight

Heero Yuy

Main protagonist in this anime. He is a nameless boy who was given the code name Heero Yuy base on the name of the first Colony leader. Out of the five Gundam pilot, he is the most calm, strong and serious. As a soldier, he is a force to be reckoned with.

Memorable Remark: Kindness is not needed in battlefield. But it is needed in other place.

Relena Peacecraft

Heroine of the anime. She is a descendant of the late Cinq Kingdom king whose founding the Complete Peace Principal. However Cinq Kingdom was attacked by the Federation. Darlian Family who used to serve the king adopt her. After his Mr Darlian death, he reverted to Relena Peacecraft who fight to recreate the Complete Peace Principal.

Memorable Remark: I don't beleieve that assasination can bring peace

After seing Suiseiseki Post just now, I think I should also make my Introduction. I'm the founder of this Blog. The reason for this blog is to exchange our view of anime. At last we have a blog to write about anime. Hmm, I’m not going to write much about the introduction. Primary language I’ll be using is English & the sub language will be Malay & Japanese. Anime is part of my life, I watch anime every single day. I like to watch shounen anime but as time goes by I also fall in love with shoujo anime. So far I have watched nearly 200 series but anime never ceased to amaze me. ‘’anime wa sugoi de-su !!!”. Two of my favorite mecha series : gundam seed and gundam 00. Both story have more or less the same plot but still I’m feeling excited while watching it. Same goes for harem anime which the plot for the stories will not differ much. It is such a waste not to watch downloaded anime and once I started watching it I’ll finish it no matter what.

Konjiki no Gash Bell

This is my favorite story. I have read the manga three or four times. Konjiki no gash bell’s manga is a very great story but it’s anime is a bit disappointing. While the anime followed the manga, there were a number of liberties taken with the storyline, particularly towards the end of the series. Konjiki no gash bell manga is scheduled to have 323 chapters while it’s anime have 150 episodes. The anime has finished but with a different ending at the last 30 chapter.

Synopsis

From Wikipedia:

One hundred Mamodo (魔物, Mamono^?, lit. "demon") go to Earth every 1,000 years to battle to be the king of the mamodo world. Each mamodo needs a human partner in order to use his or her spell book, a book that seals the powers of the mamodo. When read aloud, the spells are cast by the mamodo producing many effects. If the spell book is burned, the mamodo is forced to return to the mamodo world. While the spells in each book typically are different for each mamodo, there are mamodo that share spells. The human and their mamodo gain these spells through experience. The last mamodo standing without their book burnt is the new mamodo king.

The story follows, Kiyo Takamine, is a 14-year old boy in junior high school. His father, Seitaro Takamine, discovers an unconscious mamodo named Gash Bell(Zatch Bell in English version) while in a forest in England who then sends Gash to live with Kiyo. Unlike the other mamodo, Gash lost his memory of the mamodo world. Kiyo learns about the spell book when he reads a spell causing Gash to fire lightning from his mouth. As Kiyo and Gash begin to encounter different mamodos and learn more about the mamodo battles, they discover that there are those who do not wish to fight and there are those who fight for the wrong reasons. After meeting a mamodo named Kolulu and seeing how this kind mamodo was forced to fight due to the power of her spells, Gash decides to become a kind king in order to stop the battle from ever happening again. As the story progresses, Gash and Kiyo meet other mamodos that share similar views to them and become allies.

As the number of mamodos decreases, Gash and his allies encounter a mamodo called Zofis who takes control of several mamodos who were sealed in stone from the previous battle to decide the king. After the battle against Zofis, the whole world is put in danger as a giant mamodo named Faudo who is brought to life by a mamodo named Riou, however, Faudo is then taken over by a mamodo that looks like Gash, which turns out is Gash's twin brother Zeon. Finally, when the number of mamodos have decreased to ten, an evil and powerful mamodo named Clear Note appears.

After many sacrifices, Clear Note is defeated leaving Gash and Brago the remaining mamodos. After Kiyo's graduation ceremony, Gash and Brago battle and Gash is crowned the Mamodo King. Three weeks later, a letter is sent from the Mamodos to their human partners. Gash's letter reveals that all is well in the Mamodo world.

My Personal Comment

This story is a very good story. This story is mainly about heart-warming friendship, partnership, the important of it and the sweetness of friendship. Yes, it mainly tells about friendship. I found it interesting. For this story, I personally rated it 10/10

Highlighted Character:

Takamine Kiyomaro: Gash partner and a genius. He is once a cold-hearted person who can even say ‘SHUT Up’ to his mother. But Gash found out that it’s not him who’s at fault. His friend view of him changes when they entered middle school. He changed bit by bit when he is with Gash. He’s actually very thankful to Gash and swear to make him the king.

Memorable remark: “Stop nitpicking, peoples’ life is at stake here”

Gash Bell: A natural airheaded. Although he’s a bit stupid and weak he will never allow evil and protect the weak with his own body. Back in the demon world, he is at the bottom of the class but very kind. He lost his memories of the demon world because of his twin brother Zeon. After the incident of Kolulu, he swear to become a kind king. He also don’t mind if any kind person be king as long as they are not evil.

Memorable Remark: “I want to become a kind king. Any other kind is not the king I want to be”
